Missing a Piece of Your Practice?
The Missing Piece is Orthodontics!
During the next six months you will learn
and implement a proven system for orthodontic diagnosis and treatment. The missing
piece of the puzzle that will complete your General or Pediatric practice.
-
Correct crowded or overlapped teeth
to create space for permanent teeth and
an attractive smile.
-
Retract upper incisors (common tooth
problem). Protruding teeth can be injured
or fractured, and cause speech difficulty.
-
Fix over closed bite relationships,
that when untreated, can lead to painful
tissue incursion by the lower incisors and
proclination of the upper anteriors.
-
Correct Class II relationships that lead
to malocclusion, atypical mandibular shifts,
premature incisal edge wear, and abnormal
growth of the mandible.
-
Close large diastemas. Large gaps in
the dentition can lead to childhood teasing
which can cause future emotional problems.
-
Center Midlines when there is
malpositioned dentition or a rotated
mandible producing an improper occlusal
relationship.
-
7. Diagnose and treat underdeveloped
maxillary width, which is associated with
mouth breathing. This condition can also
be a sign of adenoid, allergy, or tonsil
problems.
