Dr. Larry White is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a Fellow in the American College of Dentists. He is a former Chairman of the Orthodontic Department at the University of Texas at San Antonio School of Dentistry. Dr. White has authored over 100 clinical articles, lectured in 35 countries, and was editor of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics for 17 years. This presentation will include diagnosis and treatment planning options, with presentation of completed cases. The lecture will include management of impacted canines and incisors utilizing completed clinical cases. Cases will be shown demonstrating the placement of MDI implants to manage absent teeth due to trauma or to congenital absence.
